Victoria Fullen-Green grew up in foster care from the age of three. Lacking guidance, she turned to the streets and was ensnared in sex trafficking. After resolving that she would no longer be victimized, she managed to escape and return to school to earn a high school diploma, and then went on to earn a BA in Business and Entrepreneurship. Mrs. Fullen-Green is now working on a Master’s Degree in Project Management while also managing Artistry 23, an organization she founded to provide therapy for trauma through art. Finding in her own life that self-expression through art was tremendously helpful in overcoming dark moments, she wishes to offer that same therapy to others.
“Masterpieces can be created from trauma. No matter how dark the trauma, it can be reconstructed into art, and made beautiful. Keep pushing forward, as there is always a brighter side to your life.”
